Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster (Cement based)

Bianca Elyaflı Isı Yalıtım Sıvası (Bianca Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster) is developed as coating for EPS, XPS or other insulation materials. Has supreme adherence, being covered with lathing increases durability of the structure. Cement based elastic, water repulsive plaster with fiber additive.

AREAS OF USE
• Both exterior and interior Works.
• Expanded Polystyrene (EPS).
• Extrude Polystyrene (XPS).
• As the coat plaster for mineral wool.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Durable. Due to additives of polymer has a very strong attaching property. That is why it provides complete adhesion between the panel and the wall surface. Elastic, does not crack.
• Possesses high vapour conductive property.
• Economical. Can be easily applied by means of a steel spatula.
• Provides time and labour economy.

APPLICATION
One bag Bianca Elyaflı Isı Yalıtım Sıvası (Bianca Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster) (25 kg) is dissolved in 6-7 lt of clean water and mixed by means of a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Before the application the mixture should rest for 10 min. and after that mixed once more. The mixture is to be consume in 2 hrs. Within this period if the brakes are held the mixture should be mixed once again.
1st Layer plaster
After the first layer of Bianca Elyaflı Isı Yalıtım Sıvası (Bianca Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster) is laid on the panel by means of steel spatula, supportive lathing is buried in while it is still wet. The lathing is slightly streched from up side down to avoid bending. The sides of lathing sheets are laye dupon each other with 10 cm width. Do not forget to lay the lathing around the door and window frames. 24 hrs should pass between application of first layer and the second.
2nd Layer plaster
When the first layer is dry the second layer of Bianca Elyaflı Isı Yalıtım Sıvası (Bianca Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster) prepared as described above is laid. In this way the flatness of the surface is provided. After the second layer of plaster is applied and dried it can be painted in any colour according ro your will by means of Bianca Dekoratif Dış Cephe Bianca Exterior Topcoat Paints) or Bianca Dekoratif Cephe Kaplama (Bianca Exterior Decorative Coating).

CONSUMPTION PER m²
Under normal conditions the consumption rate of the product is 4-6 kg/ m². This data may vary according to the condition of application as well as to the surface type.

SOME IMPORTANT ASPECTS
Should not be applied on unsteady surfaces. If the surface the Bianca Elyaflı Isı Yalıtım Sıvası (Bianca Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster) to be applied on is absorbent or too hot and dry due to weather conditions it should be wet. The weather temperature during the installation has to be between +5 and+30ºC and should nod decrease within 24 hrs. It is strongly recommended not to perform the application in windy weather or if there is a risk of rain. It si suggested that final coating operations are performed 2 days after the Bianca Elyaflı Isı Yalıtım Sıvası (Bianca Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster) application.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
The product is to be kept in dry and cool conditions being protected against harmful effects. It is suggested that packed product should be consumed within 6 months.

PACKING
Bianca Elyaflı Isı Yalıtım Sıvası (Bianca Fibered Heat Insulation Plaster) is packed in bags by 25kg±%2 in state of dry powder. It is allowed to lay 10 bags on each other.

Contains cement alkali based. In case of contact with eyes skin wash out with large amount of water and see a doctor immediately. Store in a place inaccessible for children.
